Terms & Conditions of Fuud Ltd

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your function date and will be used to offset any losses which  we incur due to any cancellation.
Only in extreme circumstances will the deposit or partial deposit be
refunded at our discretion.

Fourteen days before the function, we will require confirmation
of the final number of guests.
This will be the minimum number charged for on the final invoice.
The invoice will then be sent to you, and the final balance required not less than
7 days before the function. At this time no refunds can be made.

An additional refundable deposit will be required for any equipment hire and will be used to offset any losses or damage to equipment and/or boxes and charged at the current replacement charge.

No substitutes will be accepted.

Please be aware

In accordance with the food safty guidelines all food should only be left
out of a temperature controlled condition for a maximum of 4 hours
after which we can hold no responsibility.
We also hold no responsibility for any food not supplied by Fuud Outside Caterers Ltd.

WARNING
Damage to linen such as cigarette burns & candle wax will result in the full
replacement costs at the current rate.

Hire charges are quoted per day, for events over several days please multiply cost
by the total number of days required.

Insurance against theft, losses or damage are not included in any hire charges.

We reserve the right to substitute any items as a result of circumstances
beyond our control.

We reserve the right to amend prices which are out of our control in accordance to government legislation and market conditions.

Should any equipment be required without catering a deposit will be required and there will be a delivery/collection charge for local deliveries.

All hire equipment except linen hired without catering must be returned washed and polished otherwise a charge per item will be made for this service.

A delivery charge of £12.00 applies to all buffet orders under £100.00 unless otherwise agreed.
