Delivery
Thursday delivery
Orders made before 12.00am (midnight) on a Tuesday,
are despatched Wednesday and delivered on a Thursday.
Orders received after 12.00am (midnight) on a Tuesday
will be delivered on a Thursday the following week.
We cannot give a specific time of delivery it can be up to 6pm on the delivery day
It should be mentioned that it is best to ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel as it will not be suitable for delivery the next day.
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the parcel it
w ill be left in a secure
location ‘At your own Risk’
There will be no refund available for any unsigned for deliveries,
neither Fuud Ltd nor the courier will assume any liability.
We can if you wish instruct the courier to leave the parcel in a secure location,
inform us when ordering of a location you would like the parcel to be left
Please include a contact phone number with your order for the courier to contact if there is a problem
The delivery charges relate to single Mainland UK only - for carriage charges
to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland
please contact us for specific and weight dependent charges
How we ensure maximum freshness
All our goods are securely packed and delivered inside reusable insulated ice packed boxes to ensure maximum freshness. Our Pies are vacuum packed to ensure that the quality of the goods are maintained whether the products are consumed fresh or frozen for future use**.
Terms and Conditions
*Whilst our courier will endeavour to get your parcel to you on time, occasionally unforeseen circumstances mean that this is not always possible. Should your parcel not arrive within this timescale, let us know immediately and we can 'Track & Trace' your parcel and inform you of its estimated delivery time.
**If for any reason our products do not reach you in good condition, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice
